bvilla+Spa brings together 13 villa residences consisting of up to three bedrooms ideally located in a quiet spot in the center of bustling Seminyak.

The creation of Japanese architect Akiko Yanahara; bvilla+Spa has been designed to offer visitors large, uncluttered spaces whose geometrical styling and pared down décor is inspired by the Japanese Zen tradition. However, the villas'’ indigenous alang alang grass roofs are unmistakably Balinese in character. Each villa features its own private pool and deck with large sun lounges. Just minutes away from splendid beach front, dining and boutique shopping in Bali, bvilla+Spa is experience in itself.

One Bedroom Villa

Your one bedroom villa at bvilla+Spa is a perfectly intimate haven in the heart of Seminyak, offering first class contemporary design, comprehensive facilities and personalized service. Your villa features private pool bordered by a broad wooden sundeck set with day beds; open living and dining pavilion, fully equipped kitchen and fully air-conditioned bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathrooms with sunken tubs. A thickly upholstered rattan lounge set and hardwood table make the living and dining space both comfortable and aesthetically appealing; fragrant frangipani trees bring nature into the scene.

Audiovisual systems are by Muji and Sony and signature abstract artworks have been chosen to complement the minimal design. CDs, DVDs and special foods can be provided on request subject to availability.

Two Bedrooms Villa

Perfect for pairing couples or small families, bvilla+Spa’s two bedroom villas offer both space and intimacy, with contemporary pavilions featuring roofs clad in indigenous alang-alang grass set around a central private pool. Sunbathe on the expansive wooden pool deck on a thickly cushioned day bed inhaling the scent of the frangipani trees that grow in the courtyard.

Your villa features two fully air-conditioned bedrooms with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms complete with sunken tubs and showers. The open plan living and dining area offers a comfortable rattan lounge set and coffe table, understated artworks plus audiovisual systems are by Muji and Sony, plus there is a fully equipped kitchen. Groups of friends and larger families will love bvilla+Spa’s expansive three bedroom villas, which offer more than 500m of personal space. The pool is perfect for doing a few laps and is bordered by a large sun deck set with oversize day beds.

The three bedrooms are set in semi-open pavilions beneath indigenous alang-alang grass roofs. All are fully air-conditioned and include queen size beds made up with high quality sheets and quilts and en-suite bathrooms with sunken tubs and showers. The spacious living and dining areas are ideal for entertaining, with audiovisual systems by Muji and Sony, while the kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove and refrigerator. Step out and you will find yourself in a tranquil garden courtyard with private pool and deck set with comfy day beds. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect if you wish to entertain and our staff are on hand as well to help with any catering needs. The five bedroom villa is bvilla s + Seaside’s grand residence, featuring four separate pavilions and five bedrooms, with three additional day beds in the mezzaine spaces. In all there is 850 squre metres of space making this the perfect residence for families and large groups of up to 10 people. The five bedroom villa functions as a stand-alone, while offering privacy with its separate pavilions all ranged around the central pool, in the typical style of the Balinese garden compound.

Each fully air-conditioned bedroom features a luxurious queen size bed and cable TV and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. The expansive tropical gardens allow visitors to find their own private space, while the best boutiques, restaurants and beaches in Seminyak are just a short walk away. Inspired by the classic Balinese garden compound design, each villa residence emphasizes openness and radiates luxury with white-stone cladding manicured lawns and indigenous alang alang grass roofing.
