    GENERAL INFO

    Tour Asia Indonesia is the travel company that has agreement with most of all hotels and villas that are listed on this website. We therefore receive the rates and then apply it on the online for you to use at the net rates basis (including 21 % tax and service charge) unless otherwise stated on the information we provide. Any additional request for the rates that have not included on the information will be subject to additional reasonable charge that you may compare it with other portal companies elsewhere without hesitation.

    RESERVATION PROCEDURES

    Once you have selected the hotel or villa that meet to your requirement, you will be requested to pay for deposit in advance to guarantee your room secured and our reservation staff will confirm your reservation immediately and send you an email confirmation as well as hotel’s voucher for you to quote to the hotel upon check in. If the reservation cannot be confirmed due to the matter of hotel is fully booked, our reservation staff will inform you immediately and offer for alternative accommodation in the same area or other area that adjacent to the previous area that you have requested. If this area also experience the same fully booked, then we will offer other alternative for you to decide where within those alternatives we will include detail information of the hotel location, distance to attractive places, distance to airport and other valuable information that you might need to decide whether to stay or choose another place.

    Should you do not receive any reply from our reservation staff within 6 hours, you may send us an inquiry email to check if we receive your reservation or you can call us at +62 852 37029195. Should you prefer to send your credit card information by fax, you may print our credit card form and fax the information to +62  852 370 29195

    PAYMENT
    Full payment has to be made in advance prior to arrival and charged directly to your credit card. Based on Indonesian bank regulation, a credit card fee surcharge of 3 % for VISA and Master card and 2.5% for AMEX.

    Please be advised all charges to your credit card will be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) based on bank exchange rate at the time of transaction.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Each hotel has different cancellation policies and have stated on respective hotel’s webpage. Please check and read carefully the cancellation policy prior to submit your final reservation. Cancellation fee will not be charged by our company, Balihotelscollection.com. However cancellation fees may be charged by Hotel by whom the agreement has been made and for such condition, these fees are applicable to the client’s fees.

    CONFIRMATION SLIP, PERFORMA INVOICE
    We will send your confirmation slip /“voucher” by e-mail or facsimile once your reservation confirm. (Please print this confirmation slip /voucher and bring together with you and show to the receptionist of the hotel upon check in). Balihotelscollection.com directly sends original voucher to the respective hotel.

    Note: A separate voucher may be issued when you made reservation for more than 1 hotel or optional tours or packages.

    TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
    Each traveler shall responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passports with at least six months validity beyond anticipated return date and have proof of onward journey, either return of through tickets.

    LAW OF AGREEMENT
    The laws of the Republic of Indonesia shall govern this agreement. Any claim or legal action arising relating this agreement, the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia shall rule.

    ADDITIONAL TERMS
    Additional Terms and Conditions may apply to reservation, purchase of services and other uses of portion of this site and you agree to abide by such other Terms and Conditions.
