Nusa Dua Fiesta will be held at the tourist site of Nusa Dua followed by 20 provincial in Indonesia from 17-21 October 2009. The Director of Bali tourism development corporation/BTDC, Mr Mandra told press in Nusa Dua, that the committee of BTDC will make for 100 stand for the exhibitors that majority are the artists from cities and villages of Indonesia that will showcase their handmade handicrafts. “Theme title for this year cultural promotion is green tourism – recalls us to preserve the ocean and shoreline”. He added that this activity is part of BTDC program for whole stakeholders in the Nusa Dua area. “We initially are promoting this area with its new facilities and interesting point and we hopefully this event can also be able to help to preserve the Indonesian arts and culture at the same time.”

This year, from the 17th to the 21st October, Nusa Dua celebrates the 13th edition of its famous Art Festival, organized by BTDC (Bali Tourism Development Corporation), supported by all the hotels in Nusa Dua area. During 5 days, the visitors will enjoy some performances of Art, Culture, Sport and Exhibition and participate to Fun Games. The specific theme, “Green Tourism”, recalls us the importance of the protection and the preservation of the overall environment to keep the best impact ever to continue to make of Bali a pleasant and clean Tourism Destination. Every year, this event welcomes thousand visitors from all around the world on the beautiful peninsula in Nusa Dua. This event is one of the most important in Bali, gathering together numerous artists from each provinces of Indonesia.
