Corby is proposed to receive remission granted for prison sentence.

Schapelle Leigh Corby, 31, an Australian who is punished for 20 years in jail for smuggling 4,2 Kg marijuana, proposed to have remission for Her punishment after almost for 4 years in prison.
Remission grant proposal for Corby is still waiting for the approval from the head of Bali Law and Human rights department and along with Her proposals there were also other 38 inmates' prisoners who have addressed their proposal but only 21 of those who succeeded received the grants.
Corby, referred to Media Indonesia has received 3 times remission and not to mention this year Christmas. During the Indonesia Independence day, Corby failed to get remission as she cought hiding mobile phone and used it in Jail.

Corby was taken into the court after admitted as carrier of surfing board contained 4,2 Kg Marijuana. She flew from Australia to Bali and when passed the custom's check, she found was hiding Marijuana in big numbers.

in Middle of year 2005, Corby was reported receiving few times treatment from Bali general hospital, Sanglah, Denpasar. Last time in May, she treated in Police hospital but then referred to local general hospital of Sanglah due to illness (Source: Media Indonesia).
